Jackson, NH Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group negotiated the sale of 19and century 59,000 s/f Wentworth Inn at 1 Carter Notch Rd., at AE Wentworth, LLC.
AE Wentworth bought the 61-room hostel for $11.5 million. Earle Wason CCIM of Wason Assocs. represented the seller and presented the property.
The Wentworth was sold by owner of more than 30 years, Ellie Koeppel, to Atlantic Equity Partners, LLC.
Located in the valley of the White Mountains, the Wentworth Inn, built in 1883, is one of the last hotels in New England that retains a historic atmosphere with all modern conveniences and upgrades.
