Steeple Real Estate Brokerage opens its 2nd hive

STEEPLE Real Estate Brokerage recently opened its second office on the sixth floor of Meridian by Avenir on Pope John Paul Ave., Mabolo, Cebu City.

Founded in 2019, Steeple Real Estate Brokerage aims to lead Filipinos to their dream homes. It currently has 50 affiliated agents who are always ready to help and assist Filipinos looking for accommodation, from finding the right place to closing a deal.

Steeple Real Estate Brokerage Founder and President Andrea Tan, who has worked in the industry as a real estate agent since 2014, shared that the newly opened office will help them welcome more clients and agents amid the pandemic. .

“The demand for houses and land and condominiums for rent, especially ready-to-occupy units, and office space is actually increasing quite a bit amid the pandemic. People appreciate the importance of having their own space,” she said.

Apart from Steeple Real Estate Brokerage’s goal of leading Filipinos to their dream homes, Andrea also shared that she aspires to provide more and better employment opportunities for real estate agents. “My experiences over the past seven years have brought me here. As an agent there were policies that I wanted to improve and for me to improve and decide for myself I have to start my own business and I don’t want new batches of agents going through what I had lived as a rookie in the industry,” she added.

The General Manager promises to provide quality and professional service to her clients, and to pay commissions and competitive rates to her agents in a timely manner.

Steeple Real Estate Brokerage is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. One can also visit its first branch at Vibo Place, Escario St., Cebu City. SPONSORED CONTENT
