CRM Rental Management celebrates its 50th anniversary

Founded in 1971, CRM Rental Management, Inc., located at 117 W. Liberty St., was recognized by the Rome Region Chamber of Commerce for its 50th anniversary in business.

CRM is a real estate investment, development and management company that manages more than 70 apartment communities in New York and Massachusetts.

CRM began in 1971 with a one-time management contract for a 299-family rental apartment originally designed for military personnel at Griffiss Air Force Base. Today, CRM has 70 management contracts, totaling approximately 5,400 units in 38 municipalities and two states for families and senior apartments.
