Canadian brokerage Zoocasa is set to become part of eXp Realty.
The announcement was made on June 20 that eXp World Holdings Inc, the holding company of eXp Realty, had acquired Zoocasa Realty Inc. and its key property, Zoocasa.com.
According to a statement, the move is intended to strengthen eXp Realty’s online lead generation, home search and listing portal opportunities for the company’s many agents and brokers. The transaction is currently subject to customary closing conditions.
